LDS液晶屏电子拉力试验机
一、电子拉力试验机主要用途和使用范围
     电子拉力试验机主要用于各种非金属及复合材料进行常规力学性能指标的测试。专业设计的自动控制和数据采集系统,实现了数据采集和控制过程的全数字化调整。本设备能够对材料做拉伸、压缩、弯曲 断裂伸长率、屈服强度、弹性模量、断裂强度试验。

四、电子拉力试验机功能介绍   
1. 自动标定:系统可自动实现示值准确度的标定;
2. 档位转换:根据试验力的大小切换到适当的量程,以确保测量数据的准确性;
3. 自动显示:在整个试验过程中,实时显示试验力、位移、峰值等;
4. 破断判断:试样断裂后,移动横梁自动停止移动;
5. 限位保护:具有机械和程控两级限位保护功能;

6可以连接计算机 (选配)实现数据分析、数据存储、打印功能。 

五、试验机的结构特征及工作原理

本机由机械、电气二大部分组成

5.1机械部分结构及工作原理:

本机采用电动加载方式,底部是整机结构承载支架,内部包含有电机驱动器、加载电机、减速系统、动力传动机构等部件;

上部是试样夹持及力值、变形测量机构,包含有加载传动机构、试样拉伸夹具、试样压缩夹具、测力传感器、位移传感器等主要部件。

5.2 电气部分:

电气部分由显示测量控制部分组成。显示测量控制部分实现各种控制、显示、数据采集、处理等功能。主控制器可以根据不同是试验要求,选择拉伸、刚度、压缩试验模式,并设置各试验模式试样参数,调整好试样后,按试验键,系统即可自动启动试验,并根据相应的试验条件,自动判断停机处理,同时显示相应的试验结果。

5.3 本机的几项主要功能:

位移信号,根据试验规程,驱动电机运动,得出要求的结果,该主控板采用32位处理器,功能强大,运算速度快,下面将根据信号接线具体说明

主控板同时连接键盘和显示驱动板,用来接收键盘命令,输出显示信息。键盘可以是按键键盘,也可以是薄膜键盘

液晶显示器能实时显示试验曲线和多个测试结果,可连接多种型号的针打或热敏微型打印机打印试验曲线和试验结果,驱动电机类型繁多,如直流调速器,步进电机,伺服电机,变频器,比例阀等。既可用于工厂生产车间的恶劣环境也可用于实验室的清洁环境,操作起来快速灵活。

5.4面键各部功能介绍:

液晶显示屏:显示力值、峰值, 位移、速度、提示等。

键盘:配合液晶使用,用于控制操作和各参数值的改变,以及控制电机的运行。

名称及功能:

[↑]、[↓][←]两键配合[标定]、[设置]用于选择和修改数据,下面在其他键的功能介绍中穿插进行示例说明。

这也是开机后直接进入的状态。其中第一行反白显示,表示默认的是第一行,按[↑]、[↓]键可在三个选项里变换,选中其中一项后按[设置]键后显示


最后两行是操作提示,其中第一行反白显示,表示默认的是第一行,按[↑]、[↓]键可在多个选项里变换,这些选项都是前一步选择所需要的参数,前一步的选择不同,本屏选项的内容和数目也不同。用[↑]、[↓]键选中某个选项,则该选项反白显示,这时按[设置]键,则该选项内容的最后一位闪烁显示,表示该位可以修改,按[↑]、[↓]键则该位在0-9之间变化,按[←]键则前移一位闪烁显示,该项的内容修改完毕后按[设置]键,则数字停止闪烁,整个参数项继续反白显示,这时按[↑]、[↓]可以选择其他参数项。当所有的参数修改完毕后按[复位]键,则保存刚才所有的修改并进入到正常试验状态

设置参数说明:设置参数共10项或更多项(随功能不同而变),

进行试验前,先设置好试验参数,拉簖或压碎自动停机,自动记录最大力,最大强度,最大变形率,还能自动求出屈服强度。

IV. Introduction to the Function of Electronic Tension Testing Machine

1. Automatic calibration: The system can automatically realize the calibration of indication accuracy;

2. Shift conversion: switch to the appropriate range according to the size of test force to ensure the accuracy of measurement data;

3. Automatic display: during the whole test process, real-time display of test force, displacement, peak value, etc.

4. Fracture judgment: the moving beam automatically stops moving after the specimen breaks;

5. Limit protection: with mechanical and programmable two-level limit protection function;

6. It can connect computer (optional) to realize data analysis, data storage and printing.

5. The Structure and Working Principle of the Testing Machine

This machine is composed of mechanical and electrical parts.

5.1 The structure and working principle of the mechanical part:

The machine adopts electric loading mode, the bottom of which is the bearing bracket of the whole machine structure, which contains motor driver, loading motor, deceleration system, power transmission mechanism and other components.

The upper part is the sample clamping and force value, deformation measurement mechanism, including loading transmission mechanism, sample tension clamp, sample compression clamp, force sensor, displacement sensor and other major components.

5.2 Electrical part:

The electric part is composed of the display and measurement control part. The display and measurement control part realizes various functions such as control, display, data acquisition and processing. The main controller can select the tension, stiffness and compression test modes according to the test requirements, and set the test parameters of each test mode. After adjusting the samples, the system can automatically start the test by pressing the test keys. According to the corresponding test conditions, the system can automatically judge the shutdown treatment and display the corresponding test results.

5.3 Several main functions of this machine:

The displacement signal, according to the test rules, drives the motor to move, and obtains the required results. The main control board uses 32-bit processor, which has powerful function and fast operation speed. The following will be explained in detail according to the signal wiring.

The main control board is connected with keyboard and display driver board to receive keyboard commands and output display information. Keyboard can be keyboard or thin film keyboard

LCD can display test curves and results in real time. It can print test curves and results with various types of pin-punch or thermal micro-printer.
